The long horrible trip to New York is over and Adam & Timmy have plenty to talk about. Press conferences and curtain calls, neither of which brought any joy to Red Sox Nation. "Big" news for the Celtics as another favorite son stays home for now. Brady might have a new agent in Ari Gold (Timmy will explain) and the damaged goods that the Bruins have already inherited from north of the border. All that and the fantasy round up for another edition of Wicked Pissa Dude is here for your Monday night. Thanks for listening, subscribe if you haven't yet and tell your friends.Labels: adam, Big Baby, Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, Celtics, Fantasy Baseball, Fantasy Nascar, New York City, press conference, Red Sox, Red Sox Nation, timmy, Tom Brady, tom brady injury

Well the time has come, March Madness is upon us, there are a boat load of college basketball tournaments to watch this weekend, or you could watch some of the Hockey East tournament. The World Baseball Classic will be on all weekend on MLB network, don't forget that the Celtics are on Friday and Sunday and the Bruins on Saturday and Sunday, then Bracketology on ESPN on Sunday night at 6 PM. Although, who cares about March Madness and all this other great sports to watch this weekend? Instead you can check on-demand, netflix or go to you nearest video store and look for some of these great chick flicks to watch with your significant other, Steel Magnolias, Beaches, Pretty Woman, When Harry met Sally, Thelma and Louise, White Oleander, Gone with the Wind, An Affair to Remember or Terms of Endearment. I'm sure if you don't feel like staying in and watching movies you could go to the movies and see Confessions of a Shopaholic or He's Just Not That In To Me. I guess I don't need to do blogs on sports anymore, since it is only Wicked Pissa Dude Radio, not Wicked Pissa Sports Radio. Maybe I will start doing a fringe report on best malls to go to, or the best coffee house to get a non fat latte.
That's it, I am getting rid of all my sports jersey's and t-shirts, turning in my membership to Red Sox Nation, getting rid of my cable box and going to just digital TV. I don't need NESN, ESPN, MLB Network, NFL Network, Versus, ESPN 2, ESPN Classic, SPEED Channel or Comcast Sports Net. I guess we will start talking about how to take care of our lawns and changing our oil on the show from now on. What am I going to do with all these pictures and sports memorabilia? I guess I need to have a yard sale. Maybe I will plant a garden this spring. I don't know what the big deal about watching sports is anyway. I mean I am on a Sports Talk Radio Podcast every week, I blog about sports at least 2 times a week, but I don't need to watch or follow them, do I? Well this is a confused Rubba Shoes Corey, keeping it real?

Red Sox Nation is rejoicing today at the news that A-Roids has been caught and admitted to juicing in 2001-2003. According to an interview that he conducted with Peter Gammons on ESPN, Alex Rodriguez has admitted to doing steroids, but that's not all he's admitted to. Join Adam and Timmy for an exclusive interview with the New York Yankees slugger and find out what other revelations A-Roids had for the crew.Oh right, while we're at it we gotta talk Boston Red Sox baseball and someone got a trip down to beautiful sunny Florida and it wasn't Billy Rubba Shoes Corey.
A couple other things; Did the Celtics lose again? The Bruins lost? Are Timmy's in-laws safe in beautiful downtown Sydney suburbs? All of these mysteries are solved on this episode of Wicked Pissa Dude Radio.

Who would have ever thought that on September 3rd, 2008, Red Sox Nation would be chanting, in unison, "here we go Yankees, here we go!" Ok, maybe we're not chanting that and maybe we aren't even close to really cheering on the Yankees, but for one late summer evening we put aside our hatred for our 3rd place foes and root them on to win ONE series and that is it. After the Red Sox won this afternoon in a stunning come from behind win, it is time to turn our attention to the Trop for a series against the first place Rays. As I write this, the Spankmees are leading 3-1.
Is it sacrilige to root for the Yankees? Maybe it's one of those, don't say out loud type things? Obviously I am not rooting for the Yankees, I would just like to see a string of wins here. So far so good. Should the Rays lose tonight, the Red Sox will be 3 games back and provided everything goes according to plan this weekend in Texas, we could find ourselves only one or two games back when the Rays take the field at the Fens.
So tonight and tomorrow night, we won't exactly be rockin' the pinstripes, but let that little voice inside you root for the moustache and the traitor and hopefully all will line up for a mid-September first place takeover by our beloved Red Sox.
