The Celtics reall turned up the intensity towards the end of the second half which is a good sign. Everybody knows that the team that closes out the 2nd quarter strong is the team that gets the leg up in the second half.
On the other side of the ball the C's have been playing well, but Rasheed Wallace has been nasty from downtown with 4-5 from behind the arc.
The story of the first half though was Kendrick Perkins. We have always liked Perk here on WickedPissaDude.com, but tonight he has been NASTY!!! Let's hope he keeps it up in the second half.
1st half:
Perkins: 12 points, 13 boards
Wallace: 12 points 4 boards
Garnett: 15 points 6 boards
Score: Celtics 52 Pistons 46
Labels: Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons, Kendrick Perkins, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce
