    Admit It, You Turned Away

Anyone that says that they didn’t flip the channel on last night’s game when the Red Sox went down seven to nothing is lying. I know, there will be people who say, I kept watching the game…there will be people who say, I was AT the game. Most of them are liars!! I will be the first to admit that I did not watch the game when the Red Sox were down. Call me what you will, but at the very least, I am HONEST!!
That being said, I also think the people who said, “we’ve got ‘em right where we want ‘em” (Timmy) might be right, but I am not drinking the Kool-aid just yet. I do think last night really did take the wind out of the Ray’s sails, but I don’t think this Rays team, the one that held us off down the stretch this season is going to just fade off into the night sky, happy to have made it to the ALCS.
I know I know, we’ve been here before, but now we’re going into the oj carton and we haven’t exactly been tearing it up there. My prediction, Beckett will be strong, but give up a few runs. We will have to overcome a deficit to force game 7. We will do it.
Let’s hope I am right, but for the meantime, let’s keep the champagne corked.

I admit it! In fact, I turned away at 5-0. I was completely shocked when I woke up this morning and heard the news. Un-freakin-real. The Red Sox RULE! Two more games... Go Josh Beckett and Jon Lester. Whoo!
