    Tim Russert 1950 - 2008

    A political journalist and broadcasting giant has left us in the midst of one of the most intriguing campaigns in years. He died today at NBC News post in Washington. He was apparently working at the time in an announcers booth. It is believed that the cause was a heart attack. Thank you Tim, for your wit, candor and straight shooting style. You will be missed.
