Now That That's Done...ON TO BASEBALL!! **CORRECTION**

I absolutley love this article on Yahoo today about the All-Overpaid and All-Underpaid teams in Major League Baseball. Not only for the fact that A-Rod tops the list (it's actually Derek Jeter that's on the list, but I get all of these dill holes confused, thanks Ryan for pointing that out.) as one of the most overpaid players in the game, but that Youk tops the list of the most underpaid.

Herein lies the beauty of the Boston Red Sox. They have one guy who is on the underpaid list and nobody on the overpaid list. You know why, because all their superstars perform. They don't have an A-Rod who sucks in October, in fact their stars over perform in October.

If Papi wasn't hurt I would say he was one of the most underpaid players in MLB. I think if you asked any member of Red Sox Nation and quite a few people around the league if David Ortiz deserved to be one of the highest paid players in baseball, they would say no question about it, YES. But, he's not and yet he continues to out perform the tools in the pinstripes.

Youklis is of course underpaid. I am not saying this because I am biased because I absolutley love the passion he plays the game with (reminds me a bit of KG) but also because he truly is a stand out in the Red Sox organization. If he is not a Red Sox player for the rest of his life I would be very surprised. Of course, nothing surprises me in professional sports, but it would really surprise me if Theo gave him the boot. In fact Theo, I implore you to pay the piper, give Youk his due. It's the least you can do for the best defensive 1st baseman in the league and he aint too bad at the plate either.

    Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!

You mean Jeter... not A-Rod. Might want to reread the article.
