Extra! Extra! Coors Field Sold Out!!!

Who cares? Is it really a news story in Denver that the World Series tickets are sold out? Are you kidding me? There have been people living on Landsowne in a tent community since October 1st. If that is not indicative of the ferocity of the two fan bases I don't know what would be. The Rockies are all excited to be sold out!

So do you think the towels at Coors Field will be purple or white. I would go with purple. As it seems the white towels in Cleveland turned out to be quite prophetic. Fenway doesn't have time for towels. Ownership and the fan base both agree you need both hands so you can double fist a couple of Octoberfests! Towel waving is so pink hat anyway. We just show up and cheer on our boys (in my best John Houseman) because they earned it.

Don't forget there is only one Rocktober!
